Meet Rachael, our Operations Manager – aka the master of getting shit done! Hailing from St. Louis, this God-loving dynamo is the heartbeat of Purity Skin Studio. Whether it’s managing inventory, fine-tuning daily operations, answering team questions, or solving problems before anyone even knows they exist, Rachael is the glue that holds it all together. Rachael started her Purity journey in 2019 as a part-time spa coordinator and has grown into the behind-the-scenes powerhouse she is today. There’s not much this woman doesn’t know about Purity!

When she’s not keeping the wheels on the bus at Purity, you’ll find her hanging with her love, Clay, in their mountain haven, spending time with her grandson, Julian, or volunteering at church.
